To change your reserved appointment, you will need to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy makes it possible to give the time slot you had reserved to another client.

*The charge for not complying with this policy will be full price of the appointment. A missed appointment with no forewarning will result in a full charge and loss of future appointment privileges*

Except for an emergency, you can expect us to be ready and prompt for your appointment and we expect the same courtesy from you.
